Munafa Support

Munafa shows your store's true profit — after COD fees, RTO losses, shipping, payment fees, and cost of goods — inside Shopify Admin.

Getting started

1. Install Munafa from the Shopify App Store.
2. Open Settings and enter your costs (COGS %, shipping, COD/RTO fees, gateway fees). Amounts use your store currency.
3. Open the Dashboard to see net profit, margin, RTO loss, and COD-vs-prepaid breakdowns for your recent orders.

Common questions

Why is a COD order's profit negative before delivery? A COD order isn't revenue until it's delivered. Munafa counts the costs already incurred and recognizes revenue only on delivery — that's the honest view.

How is RTO handled? A returned-to-origin order shows as the real loss it is: both shipping legs and packaging, with no revenue.
